Service Description

Kids Mindfulness Program in Melbourne designed to support emotional regulation, focus, and anxiety in children aged 7–12. This structured 5-week program combines mindfulness, breathwork, gentle body movement, and creative activities to help children develop calmness, confidence, and self-awareness. This program is ideal for children who experience anxiety, emotional overwhelm, difficulty focusing, or behavioral challenges. Each session is designed in a fun and engaging way while introducing practical tools children can use in everyday life. Through guided activities, children learn how to: • Manage big emotions and reduce anxiety • Improve focus and attention at school • Develop healthy coping strategies • Build emotional resilience and confidence Sessions are held in a small, supportive group environment to ensure each child feels safe, seen, and comfortable. 📍 Location: Box Hill North, Melbourne 🗓 Weekly Sessions (5-Week Program) ⏱️ Duration: 60 minutes Consistency is key for emotional regulation in children. Only for small Group. No prior experience required. NDIS participants are welcome. This program is available for self-managed and plan-managed participants.
